| Test Preparation Tips | In order to feel as prepared as possible for the GMAT, begin studying early and try not to stress yourself during the test.
• Get to know everything about the format of the GMAT • Download and use the free GMAT test preparation software so you can become familiar with the format used in computer-based testing. • Review the kinds of questions on the GMAT by looking at example questions for every part of the test. • To study for the Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA) section of the GMAT, practice writing an essay using the complete list of AWA topics obtainable. • Buy a set of three GMAT Paper Tests for additional practice. • Dependent on how long it has been since you studied math, you may want to do a review of fundamental math skills. • If you want more example questions to study, you can buy the following resourses having hundreds of real GMAT questions, answers, and explanations.:

• Review and study one section of the test at a time. • Read the articles under the heading "Test Day" to find out what you will need to bring to the test and what you should expect at the test center. • Allow for at least four weeks of studying previous to taking the GMAT. Practice with GMATP test preparation software as much as you feel at ease previous to the test. This will give you a better handle on the kinds of questions asked on the GMAT in addition to giving you a better idea concerning the timing of the real exam.
Keep in mind that preparation in advance is very important. Be focused on the test, and try not to stress yourself out on test day.
